Backstory: This painting is based on a saying I came up with. First I transformed it into a pencil drawing and later on to this mixed media painting. All things can be found on my website.
Idea behind the painting is that sometimes you need to be confronted with direct and sometimes harsh truth from someone else and the will to accept and learn from it to be able to evolve.
As example if I have a foul breath and everybody starts to evade a conversation with me and I don't know why, I would want the uncomfortable truth so I can try to change or adapt it.
